    Mr. Bonetti, our Chief Information Officer (CIO), is a distinguished New York native, earned a B.A. in Politics from Princeton University, graduating Summa Cum Laude. He began his career as an International Affairs Fellow at the Council on Foreign Relations (CFR), contributing to global policy research before joining the U.S. Department of State. There, he held a range of roles including Consular Assistant, Political Analyst, and ultimately Foreign Service Officer (FSO), representing U.S. interests abroad and advancing diplomatic initiatives through strategic political engagement.

  • Cathleen O'Connor

    Ms. O’Connor serves as our Chief Legal Officer (CLO), bringing a distinguished background at the intersection of law, policy, and national security. She holds a B.S. in Political Science from Duke University and has built a career marked by public service, strategic legal insight, and deep institutional knowledge. Early in her career, Ms. O’Connor served as a Legislative Fellow in the U.S. House of Representatives for Congressman Kevin McCarthy, where she gained direct exposure to the inner workings of federal policymaking. During this time, she began cultivating a wide-reaching network of trusted relationships across Washington’s legal, governmental, and national security communities—connections that continue to shape her strategic perspective. She went on to intern at the Central Intelligence Agency, further deepening her understanding of intelligence work and national security frameworks. Over the following decade, Ms. O’Connor held senior legal advisory roles at Booz Allen Hamilton and CACI International, where she guided high-level matters involving government contracts, regulatory compliance, and risk mitigation. As Chief Legal Officer, she leads the company’s legal and compliance strategy, ensuring operational integrity while aligning with evolving legal, regulatory, and policy landscapes.

  • Michael Quinn

    Mr. Quinn, a Beverly Hills native, serves as our Chief Technology Officer (CTO), bringing a deep foundation in computer science and a strategic vision for innovation. A proud graduate of Stanford University with a B.S. in Computer Science, he combines academic excellence with real-world expertise. Prior to joining our team, Mr. Quinn spent nearly a decade at Booz Allen Hamilton, where he held a range of increasingly senior roles across offensive and defensive cyber operations. During his tenure, he led cross-functional teams, architected scalable solutions for complex challenges, and advised both public and private sector clients on emerging threats in cyberspace. His leadership reflects a unique blend of technical depth, business acumen, and a forward-thinking approach to building resilient and adaptive technology infrastructures. As CTO, Mr. Quinn is responsible for guiding our technical strategy, overseeing exploit development, and ensuring that our technology remains cutting-edge and aligned with our long-term goals.

    Mrs. Sullivan serves as our Chief Financial Officer, bringing a strong foundation in finance, strategic analysis, and leadership. She earned a B.A. in Economics from the University of Chicago and an M.B.A. from New York University’s Stern School of Business, equipping her with both a deep theoretical understanding and practical expertise in financial management. Mrs. Sullivan began her career as a Financial Analyst at American Express, where she honed her skills in financial modeling, budgeting, and forecasting. Her next big break was at BlackRock, where she worked as a Client Relationship Manager, advising institutional clients on investment strategies, portfolio management, and risk mitigation. Throughout her career, Mrs. Sullivan has developed a keen understanding of financial markets, operational efficiency, and client-centric solutions. As Chief Financial Officer, she oversees the company’s financial strategy, driving long-term growth, sustainability, and value creation across all aspects of the business.

  • Nolan McManus

    Mr. McManus, is our Chief Experience Officer (CXO), he has earned a B.S. in Computational Finance (BSCF) from Carnegie Mellon University and began his career as a Business Analyst at Salesforce in New York City where he used his quantitative skills to analyze customer data and improve sales and engagement. Later, as a CX Strategy Lead at Meta (Facebook), he spearheaded initiatives to optimize the customer experience across the company’s platforms, driving significant improvements in user satisfaction and engagement. With a strong foundation in data-driven decision-making and customer-centric strategy, Mr. McManus now leads Equation Group’s efforts to create innovative, personalized experiences that enhance customer loyalty and business growth.
